Business Loan Specialist

Job Summary

Assisting the Lending division, the full-time AVP, Business Loan Specialist will provide exceptional customer service to lending clients, support loan application processes, and ensure the completion of necessary documentation for underwriting and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in completing loan applications and compiling documentation for pre-qualification
• Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential lending customers
• Support the underwriting and closing processes for loan applications

Required qualifications

• Intermediate computer proficiency with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred college degree
• Ability to participate in hands-on training and coaching modules
• Self-motivated with a strong teamwork attitude
• Capability to multi-task and work with multiple applications concurrently
