Business Loan Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance customer service in the Lending Division, the full-time salaried VP, Business Loan Specialist will assist applicants with loan applications, maintain communication throughout the process, and cross-sell additional company products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact referrals and advise customers on application status and necessary actions
- Prescreen and process loan applications accurately while maintaining timely communication with applicants
- Cross-sell additional Newtek products and services to new and existing customers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-4 years of customer service experience
- Sales or lending experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiarity with financial reports such as business and personal tax returns
