Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business/Workforce Management Analyst, Rare Disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Case Manager and HUB reporting and data analysis to support operations and strategic planning
• Provide daily monitoring of hub services and develop new data sets and critical metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to implement improvements based on analytical findings

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical function supporting commercial organizations
• 5+ years of MS Office experience for documentation and presentations
• Proven experience using WFM software
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools and report building
