Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance and data reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes, including the development of an OKR dashboard and management reporting review
• Project manage initiatives aimed at culture change and ongoing process implementation
• Lead and coach a team to ensure high performance and adherence to operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area of study preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience with large data sets and driving insights from analytics
• Strong project management skills, including timeline creation and deliverable tracking
