Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in various governance and data reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes, including new enterprise-level OKR dashboards and management reporting reviews
• Launch and implement initiatives aimed at culture change and team engagement
• Lead and coach a team to ensure operational requirements and process adherence are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area of study preferred
• At least 5 years of leadership management experience, preferably in service or data teams
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Minimum of three years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Experience in working with large data sets and driving insights
