Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes to facilitate business decision-making
• Manage initiatives and ongoing processes, including the development of an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) dashboard
• Lead a team to ensure operational requirements and process adherence while promoting a high-performing culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
• Experience with large data sets and deriving insights from them
• Knowledge of project management and continuous improvement processes
