Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support governance and decision-making processes through data analysis and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes, including the development of an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) dashboard
• Streamline management reporting to enhance consistency and efficiency
• Lead initiatives aimed at cultural change and team performance improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred (e.g., business, economics, math)
• At least 5 years of leadership management experience in service or data teams
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Proficiency in project management and process mapping
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
