Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance, data reporting, and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes to facilitate business decision-making
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of management reporting for consistency and efficiency
• Lead and coach a team to ensure operational requirements and process adherence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred
• At least 5 years of leadership management experience in service or data teams
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Minimum of three years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Experience in project management and continuous improvement processes
