Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance and data reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes to facilitate business decision-making
• Manage initiatives and ongoing processes, including data gathering and reporting
• Lead and coach a team to ensure high performance and adherence to operational requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative area preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Minimum of three years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity preferred
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with experience in working with large data sets
