Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service by setting up processes and data reporting for business governance and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish governance tools and processes, including the development of an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) dashboard
• Review and streamline management reporting for consistency across financial and functional areas
• Lead initiatives aimed at culture change, focusing on associate engagement and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in service or data teams
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI and Tableau
• Experience with project management, including creating timelines and tracking deliverables
• Intellectual curiosity and critical reasoning skills to analyze data and derive insights
