Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance and data reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes, including the development of an OKR dashboard
• Streamline management reporting for consistency and efficiency
• Lead initiatives aimed at culture change and team engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, economics, math) preferred
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in service or data teams
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Minimum of three years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity preferred
• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies
