Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance processes and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes for business decision-making and reporting
• Manage initiatives and ongoing processes, including the development of an OKR dashboard and management reporting review
• Lead a team to ensure operational requirements are met while fostering a high-performance culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience in data and analytics, including working with large data sets
• Project management experience, including creating timelines and documenting deliverables
