Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance and data reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes, including the development of an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) dashboard
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of management reporting to enhance consistency and streamline processes
• Lead initiatives aimed at culture change and ensure the protection of confidential data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred, along with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Minimum of three years in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Strong background in data and analytics, including working with large data sets
• Project management experience, including creating timelines and documenting deliverables
