Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Management Analyst to support the Head of Service in governance, data reporting, and project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up governance tools and processes, including the development of an Objectives & Key Results (OKR) dashboard
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of management reporting to enhance consistency and streamline processes
• Lead and coach a team to ensure operational requirements and process adherence are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred, with at least 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a plus
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Experience with data and analytics, including large data sets and insights generation
• Knowledge of project management practices and continuous improvement processes
