Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support a financial advisor-based distribution model, the full-time Business Management Analyst will manage data, reporting, and analytics solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Data & Reporting teams to define and prioritize reporting requirements and validate reporting outputs
• Gather and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications while maintaining stakeholder engagement
• Provide analytical insights to support sales team performance and manage contract requests and communication workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in business-facing technology, analytics, sales enablement, financial services, or operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, complex formulas, and data validation
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and validating reporting outputs
