Business Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst in Business Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use data to identify trends and opportunities for platform and process improvements and reduce operational risk
• Define and monitor Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
• Prepare internal and external data sets, reports, and benchmark data using various sources

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in financial services, preferably in sales and/or client service/relationship management
• Knowledge of client segment, organization, product, industry, and end customer
• Demonstrated knowledge of RIA products and services
• Experience with CRM, workflow, and data visualization systems such as Salesforce, Tableau, G-Suite/Smart-Sheet
• Strong project management skills with the ability to take ownership, lead triage and resolution discussions, and see issues through to completion
