Business Management VP

Job Summary

Leading portfolio planning and resource management, the full-time VP, Head of Business Management will oversee the Research Programs & Partnerships unit, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities while working in a hybrid-flex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual planning processes and maintain portfolio visibility to support leadership decisions
• Develop capacity views and align resources across the business unit to optimize operational effectiveness
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, contributing to business unit strategy and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and budget management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data for decision-making
• Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams with an enterprise mindset
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
• Familiarity with non-profit organizations and experience in life sciences or healthcare research is a plus
