Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Manager (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management
• Ensure compliance with non-profit regulations and maintain financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial guidance to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, including presenting financial reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working with senior leadership and staff
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and technology for process automation
