Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Manager - Worldwide Industry Solution Delivery Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Industry Solutions Delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Partner with HR and finance to manage headcount and organizational changes, ensuring alignment with approved budgets
• Own and manage the organization's budget planning and forecasting processes, monitoring budget performance and recommending actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement
• OR equivalent experience
