Job Summary

Supporting strategic account growth, the remote Business Manager will manage sales processes, coordinate customer engagement, and drive proposal development while ensuring alignment across teams and maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and enforce adherence to sales processes, ensuring compliance and identifying gaps for corrective actions
  • Enable Strategic Account Manager effectiveness by scheduling meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining account operating rhythms
  • Drive sales proposal development and coordination, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer requirements
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business operations, or account coordination
  • Experience supporting sales operations or customer-facing coordination functions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce and general business software tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
