Job Summary
Supporting strategic account growth in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Business Manager will manage sales processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive sales proposal development while ensuring alignment with customer needs and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enforce adherence to sales processes, ensuring compliance and proactively identifying gaps
- Enable Strategic Account Manager effectiveness by scheduling meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining operational rhythms
- Analyze monthly revenue performance, recommend corrective measures, and manage the sales opportunity pipeline within CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business operations, account coordination, or related functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general business software tools
- Experience in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms is preferred
