Job Summary
Supporting strategic account growth, the full-time Business Manager will manage sales processes, coordinate customer engagements, and drive proposal development while working in a hybrid environment, preferably from Cedar Rapids or Minneapolis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enforce adherence to sales processes, ensuring compliance and driving corrective actions
- Enable Strategic Account Manager effectiveness by scheduling meetings, managing action items, and driving follow-ups
- Drive sales proposal development and ensure compliance, quality, and timeliness throughout the lifecycle
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, account coordination, or related functions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general business software tools
- Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
