Job Summary
To support strategic account growth, the remote Business Manager will manage sales processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive customer engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and enforce adherence to sales processes, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
- Enable Strategic Account Manager effectiveness by scheduling meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining account operating rhythms
- Drive sales proposal development and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 2-5 years of professional experience in sales operations, business operations, or account coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar tools is preferred
