Job Summary

Supporting strategic account growth, the hybrid Business Manager will manage sales processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive proposal development while ensuring customer engagement aligns with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and enforce adherence to sales processes, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions
  • Enable Strategic Account Manager effectiveness by scheduling meetings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining the account operating rhythm
  • Drive sales proposal development and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, account coordination, or related functions
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
