Job Summary

To support the Geo Commercial HR Leadership Team, the full-time Business Manager will act as a strategic partner and advisor, translating priorities into actionable plans and managing key engagements while operating within a complex organizational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate big-picture priorities into clear, actionable plans while ensuring leaders can operate at their highest impact
• Act as a connector across the organization, synthesizing insights from data and business priorities to inform decisions and drive execution
• Maintain close connections with the central Business Management team to bridge local context with global scale

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, or related roles
• 6+ years of proven experience leading complex programs or initiatives with defined governance and deliverables
• 6+ years of experience partnering with senior stakeholders or cross-functional teams to influence decisions
