Business Manager for Enterprise Partners

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Manager for Americas Enterprise Partner Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the resource planning and hiring processes for the EPS organization, ensuring alignment with budget and diversity goals
• Oversee the variable budget, including Travel & Entertainment and Training, while ensuring compliance and effective allocation
• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, including awards programs and community ownership initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in financial management, business planning, or related roles
• OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience using data and Excel to drive business outcomes
• 5+ years of project management experience, including process mapping and change management
• Experience in managing relationships with stakeholders and understanding the Cloud partner ecosystem
