Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute full-funnel US marketing plans, including growth channels and demand generation campaigns
• Identify customer needs and create actionable insights for product teams based on market understanding
• Lead local marketing activations and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to produce compelling content

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience as a growth marketing manager
• In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in the US, including demand generation and partnerships
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics
• Advanced analytical skills with a track record of data-informed decision-making
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects while meeting quality and time constraints
