Job Summary
Managing administrative support and non-clinical operations, the full-time Business Office Specialist will oversee contracts, review invoices, and manage clerical staff while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain contracts, HR/medical files, and compliance with policies and regulations
- Review, reconcile, and submit invoices to ensure timely payments and maintain vendor relationships
- Manage clerical staff and non-clinical workflows, ensuring timely completion of tasks and involvement in personnel decisions
Required qualifications:
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience or office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
