Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Title Production Systems (TPS) in a full-time remote capacity, the Business Operations Analyst will administer and optimize applications, partner with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, and serve as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Title Production Systems (TPS) used in title and escrow operations
• Analyze operational needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and user experience
• Provide guidance and support in system configuration, testing, training, and process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in title operations or a similar role
• Experience with Title Production Systems (TPS) or closing platforms such as Resware, AIM, Qualia, SoftPro, or RamQuest preferred
• Strong understanding of title insurance and escrow workflows
• Previous experience as an Escrow Officer is highly preferred
