Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Services Senior Analyst specializing in Coverage Analysis and Budget Negotiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete clinical research study site-specific Medicare coverage analysis, coding, internal budgets, and negotiate reimbursement with sponsors and CROs
• Act as a liaison for customers, ensuring quality assurance oversight and effective communication
• Define and implement processes for internal and external workflows to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in clinical trials environment related to Medicare coverage analysis and budget negotiation
• Knowledge of FDA and Medicare regulations in clinical trials
• Coding experience with certification preferred
• Experience in research, medical billing, or healthcare compliance/auditing
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems and Good Clinical Practice guidelines
