Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst I to support the quote-to-cash process and ensure compliance with business standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with business standards throughout the quote-to-cash process
• Perform tasks related to contracting, provisioning, revenue recognition, billing, accounts receivable, and collections
• Collaborate on process improvements and produce reports and presentations while meeting performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of operations or customer support experience
• Experience in a SaaS eCommerce or subscription-based company preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software, billing/collections software, and contracting software
• Proven ability to improve service quality and drive efficiency
• Flexibility to shift work and occasional overtime
