Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and maintain business processes for retail alternative investments
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new and existing systems and processes
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience within financial services; retail alternative investments preferred
• Knowledge of alternative investment products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with business process documentation and requirements gathering methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, BPMN)
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace as needed
