Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and consistency
• Perform deep-dive analyses on utilization rates and capacity, providing actionable insights to leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements for reporting automation and data hygiene

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations reporting, analytics coordination, or business operations
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data cleaning
• Experience with dashboard creation, preferably in Looker
• Familiarity with data extraction from tools like HubSpot and project management systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills
