A company is looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to use data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Provide analytic support through Excel and other tools like SQL and Tableau
• Create dashboards to track KPIs, marketing effectiveness, and business trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in solving analytical problems
• Exposure to various business models and functions
• Strong Excel modeling skills; experience with SQL is a plus
• Ability to work effectively with both management and front-line employees
