Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to drive operational excellence and program execution across the AMER BDR organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage cross-functional initiatives from intake through execution and post-launch measurement
• Partner with AMER Sales Leaders and other teams to align on business priorities and operational plans
• Analyze project KPIs to identify productivity gaps and provide data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar analytical roles
• Demonstrated experience owning projects or workstreams independently
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting business performance data
