Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to enhance financial and operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve financial and operational processes, including reporting and performance tracking
• Develop and maintain financial and operational reports for executive and board-level review
• Drive improvements in reporting tools and identify inefficiencies across systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Analytics, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Highly advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience in complex queries
• Experience with dashboard creation, preferably using Metabase
• Familiarity with CRM or GTM systems, particularly HubSpot
• Experience in preparing executive-level and board-facing reports
