Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Generate and maintain regular reports on key business metrics for stakeholders and management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a STEM field
• 1-3 years of experience in business operations or data analysis, with healthcare or technology experience being a plus
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred, to be obtained within 90 days of employment
• Basic understanding of healthcare industry standards and regulations is desirable
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel and SQL
