Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for billing inquiries and process financial transactions
Execute administrative changes for retail merchants and manage store lifecycle tasks
Conduct investigations into fraudulent activities and manage the full service provisioning lifecycle

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Business Operations or related administrative roles
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora, and other relevant systems
Proven ability to improve efficiency and drive productivity
Strong proficiency in financial/numerical analysis
