Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to enhance financial and operational intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and improve financial and operational processes, including reporting and forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial and operational reports for executive and board-level review
• Drive improvements in reporting tools and identify inefficiencies across systems and workflows

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Intelligence, FP&A, Analytics, or a related role
• Highly advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
• Experience with dashboard creation, preferably in Metabase
• Experience with CRM or GTM systems, with a preference for HubSpot
• Experience preparing executive-level and board-facing reporting
