Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Business Operations Analyst, responsible for managing and improving reporting and operational processes to support sales initiatives, with a focus on data analysis and project management in a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer-related cases and inquiries using internal and third-party systems
• Analyze customer accounts and develop Excel-based reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate the implementation of approved processes and maintain Standard Work documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field
• 1-4+ years of experience with ERCOT market transactions and data analysis
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Familiarity with SAP as a Customer Information System (CIS) platform
• Working knowledge of SQL for creating simple queries
