Job Summary

Collaborating with peers and management, the full-time Business Operations Analyst will analyze and validate requirements for process and system changes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks in business processes
• Conduct meetings to design solutions that meet business needs
• Create and design solutions to assist operations in achieving core business objectives

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to follow clearly defined procedures for daily tasks
• Basic communication skills for addressing internal and external clients
• Experience in problem-solving using existing procedures
