Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic resilience initiatives, the contract Business Operations Analyst will assist in executing cross-discipline projects focused on crisis management, business continuity, and employee well-being, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design and implementation of corporate-level crisis management programs and their integration with resilience disciplines
• Collaborate with various teams to support crisis planning and execution, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
• Contribute to the development of tools and capabilities for crisis management, integrating lessons learned from real-world crises

Required qualifications

• 5-6+ years of experience in crisis management, enterprise risk management, or related fields
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, with management consulting experience preferred
• Experience collaborating with senior-level internal/external business executives
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with chat-based AI tools
• Experience supporting global programs and exposure to business transformation or change management is a plus
