Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support multiple business units, the remote Business Operations Analyst will manage the planning, development, and deployment of projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and document business processes to improve operational effectiveness
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to monitor project milestones and resolve conflicts
• Analyze business unit trends and provide recommendations to maximize initiatives based on data analysis

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or 2-3 years of relevant experience
• 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Access, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of SQL, Visio, and Project is a plus
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented with effective follow-through and the ability to multi-task
