Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support operational efficiency, the full-time Business Operations Analyst will build and maintain dashboards, analyze business trends, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and recurring reports to track company performance
• Analyze business trends across revenue, customers, operations, and headcount to surface actionable insights
• Drive special projects for leadership, including go-to-market analysis and operational scaling initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Analytics, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL, spreadsheets, BI tools)
• Experience building dashboards and metrics that executives use
• Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority
• Familiarity with tools like Looker, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar is a plus
