Job Summary
Supporting the Customer Experience organization, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will manage operational excellence initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic projects to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Support teams to provide operational support and improve the customer journey
- Prioritize and orchestrate strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and resource planning
- Track KPIs and build reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights for senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Experience in business operations, analytics, or program management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successful cross-functional initiatives
