Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Operations Analyst will support business operations across various platforms, manage workflows, and assist with cross-functional initiatives while collaborating closely with leadership and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support business operations for FirstLook CRM, creators.gg, player.gg, and Pragma Engine, including invoicing, contract administration, and sales & marketing support
• Own and optimize workflows, ensuring documentation and reporting for leadership, sales, marketing, and finance
• Assist with planning and execution of offsites, conferences, and onboarding processes for team members

Required qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience or strong potential demonstrated through internships
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• High GPA and strong quantitative reasoning skills
• Familiarity with accounting or FP&A is a plus
• Comfortable with AI-first workflows and technology
