Job Summary

Focused on driving analytical insights and decision-making, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will define problems, analyze data, and influence outcomes across various business units including growth, product, AI, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address the right problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface actionable insights
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech company
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
