Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Operations Analyst will partner across various business units to provide analytical support and strategic insights aimed at driving financial results and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to use data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
• Provide analytical support through Excel and other tools, including SQL and Tableau
• Create dashboards to monitor KPIs, marketing effectiveness, and business trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant business experience in analytical problem-solving
• Exposure to various business models and functions
• Strong Excel modeling skills; experience with SQL is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with effective communication skills
