Job Summary

Supporting the clinical department within Communitas, the full-time Business Operations Analyst will analyze operational metrics, manage projects, and maintain procedures while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide analysis and reporting to support continuous improvement for client needs
• Update processes and assist with clinical implementation and training initiatives
• Generate reports to identify trends and partner with department leaders on operational strategies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Advanced reporting skills with significant experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
• Master's degree preferred
