Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Taking ownership of critical revenue operations, the full-time Business Operations Lead Analyst will perform royalty analysis, financial tracking, and management reporting for the Global Scores Business while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct royalty analysis and manage financial tracking and reporting for the Global Scores Business
• Collaborate with Global Scores Functional teams and assist with vendor and expense management tasks
• Engage in Data Extract, Transform, Load and Analyze (ETLA) processes and participate in product operations meetings

Required qualifications

• Degree in Business (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Management, Operations) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience analyzing large data sets and reviewing contracts for revenue reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Business Apps (e.g., Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or similar database technology is a plus
